  Amazing and a clear champion in food quality, service and atmosphere in the entire city of Monroe. The Pho beef is a nourishment to the body and soul. Fresh fresh fresh. Clean! Quick! The prices could be lower, but why? It's so worth the money to go and enjoy the sushi, soups and noodles. I literally cannot stop myself from finishing all of my chicken pad thai in one sitting. No left overs. I have a friend in PA that is coming down soon and I have penciled in Rawz cafe as the go-to place for visiting travelers.

  Went on a Tuesday - 11:30 for lunch. Place was busy - asked for a booth & was told - reserved for parties of four. ALL booths were then sat with parties of TWO - VERY displeased with the service. Had to ask for plates, hot water tasted like 10 years of old tea & sat for close to 10 minutes trying to get staff's attention for the bill. I can say the food is AMAZING - SERVICE SUCKED!!!!!!
